Appearance: |
Lanjath looks like a human if one were to turn their head and squint. She's got a thin coating of black fur, a nose pad, and thick, bony horns that jut from her forehead. Her wrists and ankles bear little bone spurs, and her fingers are tipped in sharp, long claws. When startled or angered, Lanjath bursts into flame. She has red eyes, scruffy black hair atop her head, and a thin, whippy tail with an arrowhead at the end.
Despite all this, she isn't offputting; she dresses in studded leathers that are black by dint of dye and soot alike. She doesn't put on the airs of a punk, but from a distance, she looks like a mean one. Sometimes Lanjath eschews thicker clothing for simple fare, wielding hammer and tongs to work metal. She has an ability to breathe a sustained, iron-working heat that she's used to further her career as a blacksmith. Her skills extend far: Lanjath wears art she's made in the form of heavy chain necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

Personality: |
Lanjath was once a fierce warrior, or so she's been told. She was banished and nearly died in the middle of her final battle, returning to the field long after the battle was over without memories of what came before.
She's never regained those memories. Instead, traveling far and wide, she's picked up skills as a blacksmith and learned to be a new person. She feels no 'evil' in her heart the way that others describe it, and as far as she's concerned, she doesn't want to pick any up. She likes people, and though she is a little slow, she is incredibly friendly. Those who get past her ominous aesthetic and obvious ties to the infernal realm see a dopey cuddlebug who wants the best for her friends, and what's fair for everyone else.
Lanjath adores making art, and aside from her chunky jewelry she has been known to take old broken armor and weapons and turn them into intriguing, abstract sculptures. Many of these can be found outside her shop, as she is loathe to sell her work.
