To use Halley's own words, Ockin is a chip off the old block. The brass-spotted mutt acts far older than his true age -- or at least attempts to, with the occasional slide back into a more childish persona -- and discretely sneers up his little snout at everyone he meets. He idolizes his father and strives to emulate the elder mutt in all ways, and though he is content being "secondary" and somewhat subservient to his father for the time being, he hopes to eventually be his father's equal partner. He has a very level head on his shoulders and shows no sign of having inherited any chaotic tendencies from his lineage.
