The following is a story originally started for the 2006-2007 Flurry. It was not completed at the time and may never truly be, but here it stands almost exactly as it was all those years ago, plus or minus some editing for clarity and some retcons of the setting. It contains vulgarity, violence, and murder on par with an action movie or video game. Bandits kill some people. Jerek does too.

Only Chapter 13 is completely new, a correction of the story for the new era of the Nexus, and the 2021-2022 incarnation of the Flurry.
