Bolt'kee is not the wilful prankster that his aunt and guardian is, nor does he wholly appreciate her antics. Suletu'kee, though wise beyond her years, has become an almost surrogate sibling to Bolt'kee, which has driven him a little batty as he's grown up.
Because of this, Bolt'kee had chosen a home a couple of mountains over, though it is truly a less viable location due firstly because there are far fewer caves, and secondly because he skirts a line with the Arx that occasionally threatens Nidus Descendi. Bolt'kee has heard and seen many things about Arx Infusco, mostly from the pirates who land in the outskirts from time to time, but occasionally from the beasties that hunt in his territory.
Already naturally skittish, Bolt'kee has taken to creating a perpetual sleet storm around his lair, which can be tiring at times... but he is comfortable inside of tempestuous weather, and it seems to throw off those who would seek shelter or game on his turf. Thankfully, he's far enough away from Nidus Descendi that his storms don't encompass territory where most of the riders and their dragons live.
