Night draks are said to be quiet, studious individuals, and Tamelaw has had the upbringing to reinforce that tendency in full. Bonded to the font of knowledge that is Chajix, only rarely has there been a question Tamelaw has posed and not gotten a solid answer of some kind to, and he is dedicated to retaining everything once learned. Still waters run deep and Tamelaw may not have much to say without prompting, but he is steady and reliable, never shunning company even though he might not go out of his way to seek it.

He has an especial fascination with genealogy, which is where he picked up his extended surname. The more crossbred the dragons of the Nexus become, the more muddled their roots, and Tamelaw is especially interested in the way naming styles shift and change as draconic families and cultures intermingle.
