Knowledge is useless unless it is put to use: Chajix once hoarded information the way classical dragons do gold and gems, but the loss of Star City finally taught him the error of his selfish ways. Now he's the equivalent of a supercomputer archive, both sharing everything he remembers of their old home and learning everything he can of their new one. There's very little around the Nidus that he hasn't dabbled his claws into at some point or another, and with the assistance of others some of the more uncommon things he has knowledge of are being recorded into other storage media so that the Nidus (hopefully) will never lose it.
He encourages learning in others and is an enthusiastic teacher, which has helped change perceptions of him away from the "know-it-all" status he once had flaunted.
