Extended Lifespan

Sanzaro's kind live approximately 750 years. They are considered young adults at age 50, and not considered independent until at least their first century.

Reverie

Elves do not sleep, but enter a trance in which they can become fully rested while remaining fully aware of their surroundings. Four hours of reverie are equivalent to a human's eight hours of sleep.

Sanzaro is stubborn, but unlike some, he manages to be extremely subtle about it. He never gets bullheaded or rude, in fact remains polite with almost preternatural patience, but he is not easy to sway from stances he believes strongly in. When it comes down to it, most people don't even realize that's he still arguing a point long after the initial discussion or conflict has settled. He's more like the ocean, slowly wearing down sharp stone into a smooth pebble, despite his fiery family name. Still, he's cautious about who he picks his arguments with -- he's quite careful about his own skin.

A curious thing about him is that, despite losing his original home on Star City to the invasion of countless xenodragons, he bears the creatures very little (if any) ill will. They were just following their own instincts and natural drives, weren't they? So how can he resent them for it?
