J'fan Kaveh
"Don't forget to bring me somethin'!"

Name:Jifanit "J'fan" Kaveh
Age:17
Sex:Male
Species:Human
Height:5'5"
Residence:The Alveary
Occupation:Nexus Courier
Description:

Despite being only a year older than his sister Etek, J'fan looks nothing like her. They have the same ruddy-colored skin, though his is a year more tanned than hers, but that's as far as the resemblance goes. His hair is kept short, no longer than an inch or two, and is a dusty brown color akin to that of the sands they live in. His eyes, in contrast to Etek's black ones, are a bright pine green, flecked with turquoise. He's a scrawny thing, as if the desert sun has boiled all possible fat and muscle away, and has the long Kaveh nose and prominent cheekbones.

Like any proper desert-dweller, he dresses in layers to keep in moisture, favoring rich rust-red colors over all others. Since such a dark color isn't well suited for the desert sun, however, he wears a beige-colored poncho overtop top his chosen outfit when he goes outside, cinching it at his waist with a brown belt.

Personality:

Like his sister, J'fan is all cheer and optimism, but contrasts her mostly-calm personality with his much more exuberant one. He has a bouncy cackle of a laugh, and can throw his body into absolute gyrations of glee when he's caught up in a perky mood. He's also a little absent minded, with a tendency to change topics in the middle of conversations and become easily distracted, though this may be as much a thing he chooses to do as an actual quirk of his nature. It's definitely a given that he likes to catch others by surprise. Despite his silly disposition, however, J'fan is just as hard a worker as his sister is. In spite of drifting off into the occasional daydream, he enjoys working and getting tasks completed, and never fails to do something assigned to him simply for lack of trying.

J'fan has a bit of a reputation for being shallow. Whenever his older brother Ineju comes back from one of his extra-world messaging jobs, J'fan is always the first to burst into "whadja bring me? whadja bring me?" In truth, he simply admires and adores his other brother quite a bit, and misses him terribly when he goes. Asking for gifts is just his way of saying so, and actually receiving them assures him that he's still important to Ineju.
