As a side note, and looking horribly ugly compared to those beauties Dray posted above:

I have a template for Sateino Selamputo x Enadula'Taykah (just the image because the server hosting my forums is STILL down).

I can't decide if I like this template or not, though. I love the head, but I can't work out if the rest of it looks right... So I thought I'd scan and show you all. If you guys like, then I shall clean and colour... I might just redo the entire thing, though...

O.o Wow, that posted later then I thought it would.

Shiolar, I think it looks great... maybe take out some of the musculature lines, though? They kind of make it look like it's straining really hard or something, though the pose doesn't suggest it! ^^; Maybe fluff up the hair along the tail a little, as well? It looks a little flat as is. Otherwise, so cool! :D

Yeah, I was thinking I'd take out most of those lines... I find it easier to draw more lines than I need and then get rid of them later, rather than not have enough when it comes to completing the template...

And yeah, the tail definitely needs more fluff...

But still, the pose just doesn't look quite right in my eyes... mebbe just because I've never drawn that pose before? *shrugs*

Oh! It may be that it looks like it's leaning backwards? Maybe try extending the hind legs back towards the tail just a little, to make it look like its more solidly on the ground?

That'll require a complete redraw, I think... Which I'll do tomorrow. Some poses just seem to need three or more attempts. The one above was the second attempt.

But I still love that head.

Mine only suggestion is mebbe to widen the base of the tail a bit too, that'll make it look more balanced :D Also, I had kind of a hard time figuring out the head and how it attached at first. Does he have beeg cheeks? ::peers:: XD

Actually the pose is great - if you look at it as either clutching onto a cliffside, or coming in for a landing. Either way though, if you poof the fur so it looks like it's being blown UPWARDS instead of down, that'd make the pose itself less stiff or odd looking. I think it's a good pose otherwise.

Oh Dray! I got the Yayseth Cemitae babies done! *dances* And I'm quite proud of them too! Haven't finished putting together all the colors but here's a pretty gold one for everyone to see. I think I'm going to do about twenty in all and so long as I get to snag a purple and/or lavendar one you can do whatever you want with the rest... So, without further ado....an example!

DF made the challenge, and I responded XD Behold the first of Kinanin's children! The mother was a water-loving Rasha, another of my dragon species.

XD Again, I think it's really funky and cool! For some reason it makes me think space-faring, rather then water-faring, for some reason. o_O"

Also, for when I get around to it, DF, would you mind if I did'jer Basync x Amago pair? It won't be for a while, but I thought I should ask beforehand, since I was getting lax with that.

The dragons coming from this are totally awesome! ^ ^

I was wondering... Jkat, would you mind if I did a little clutch with Ganeen
and Veretus? It shall be small... but they are both so nice looking!

Hey, Kat? I was wondering... if those singletons in there are available to breed with whomever, what's the word on doing synth-like combinations on them? Like... so that you can do more then two at a time, or two of the same gender, or what-have-you?

I know that Myrror and Phe have kind-of-rights to the non-typical breeding combinations, but I was hoping to do something more of a challenge, and I wanted to know if that was an option. ^_^' Thanks for letting me know!

Aireona: Certainly wouldn't mind a bit, I love how you draw! ^__^ Have'at!

Dray: I don't know, it's something I've thought aobut. o.o That might be something you really have to get permission from the parent-owners for.

Heh, well, given that I'll probably never stick my nose in the Database as an artist (I have REAL clutches aplenty to keep me busy X3), I'm certainly not going to make any "that's MY shtick!" fusses if you get permission to make such a mix.
