My assumption is that you have to list any of your own dragons up here before asking to breed any of the dragons aready up to be bred to yours. Correct?

Say... Like this:

There is a dragon in the Breedables Database.

There is a dragons of mine not on the Breedables Database.

Do I have to list my dragon on the Database before asking if the two can breed? (Asking the owner of the listed dragon, that is.) XD I am silly and confusing.

Oh! Rach, no, you don't have to, you just have to ask the dragon who's in the database's owner if you can breed them. BUT, new submissions are always welcome.

Hey Dray? Two questions (sorta):

Cemitae and Yantroth's babies are coloured... I'll send you a PM with the link to them, because I want to keep them secret for the moment, til we figure out what to do with them...

And secondly, could I breed Sateino Selamputo to Enadula'Taykah? I fancy breeding some more dragons with double sets of wings, and those two both fit without actually being related to each other.

Mmm... ettiquette(sp?) question: Supposing a... mrr... hypothetical bored artist got... boreder... and drew up some babies for one of the listed pairs, but forgot to ask the owner if it was okay first--what ought she to do?

Edit: And supposing that the babies look not a whole lot like either parent and quite a bit like some sort of Samanayr-Lesser Kynneese hybrid (which is, of course, physically impossible) should the artist even show them to anybody?

Were they a mated pair? I think if they were a mated pair you don't have to ask permission...that's what the database is all about...right?

Actually, the idea is, once you put someone in the database, they're free for anyone to breed. XD The 'permission asking' is mostly a courtesy-call type of thing, like, "by the way, I'm'a draw your dragons!"

So basically, it should be absolutely fine. ^.^

Also, I'd think it would be for clutch limits, too--if you see someone's doing a pair you were thinking of, and there's a clutch limit, you can move on to another pair. ^^

I haven't added any mostly because I've forgotten where I've sent some of them, and I don't want to add those ^^;
