Abilities: Animate & Control Plants. This dragon can control the movement of plants with its mind, which can be used to wrap vines or crash branches on an enemy.
Plant Growth. This dragon can encourage plants to flourish, increasing yields, health, and size of plants, while decreasing the amount of time it takes for a plant to ripen. This is also useful for the care of inedible plants, such as sustaining groves of trees.
Telepathy. This dragon can speak mind-to-mind.
Teleportation. This dragon can instantly teleport to a location where a bond or strong association is located.
Tree Speak. This dragon can communicate with trees. It can obtain memories and use this network to keep a vigilant eye on wooded areas surrounding its hive. Through this, an individual can also assess the needs of plants nearby; if soil requires more nutrients, if the tree needs more or less water, etc.
Personality: Charming and social, Commitment treats everyone she meets with such respect and rapt attention that it can make any being feel important.
