The ability to communicate in spoken words, though with a sibilant accent.

One must proceed with caution if they ever suddenly hear a cry of "Pass the Salt!" while nowhere near a kitchen, dining room, or similar -- because odds are, a small blue dragon is about to be gleefully flung across the room. Whispering Salt is a high-energy, playful dragon who has discovered his favorite thing is "uppies".
