Paulie's little flit is everything that Paulie himself is: playful, mischievous, and totally without a single mean bone in his body. Will loves to play tricks just as much as his poltergeist bond, and is particularly fond of lurking in dark shadows where only his glowing antennae-bobs are visible to get a little fright out of people -- a mean joke to some, but only meant in harmless fun.
