- Telepathy
- The ability to communicate mind-to-mind in a low grade, non-invasive form. Antirr can communicate thoughts, impressions, and images across short distances with someone they have visual contact with. They cannot read the mind of the person they are "speaking" to, even when bonded.
- Verbal Speech
- The ability to communicate in spoken words, the antirr being antirr adept singers with an extensive vocal range. They can "speak" verbal languages by word-for-word repeating sounds they have heard before. They cannot form new phrases or ideas from the words they know.
- Venomous Bite
- The possession of a venomous bite. This venom causes swelling, pain, paralysis, and sometimes death. The antirr use this venom as part of their ambush hunting strategy, injecting it into their prey and then following the scent until the target collapses. Antirr are immune to their own venom.
