A wanderer at heart, Kai roves from town to town and settlement to settlement, totally unable to stay in any one place for too long without getting itchy feet. There's nothing she's in search of, and she has no problems with revisiting places over and over, but if she's not moving she won't be happy for long. She does alright if the elements or someone's health conspire against her--for example, if she has to take extended shelter in a town while a sandstorm rages or the temperatures climb to inferno-like levels or Dusty needs to heal a footsore--but no man nor beast can keep her still. She has never managed to stay more than two weeks in a place before her wanderlust became unbearable, but usually is gone from her latest pit-stop within two or three days.

Outside of her insatiable urge to travel, Kai is cheerful and good-natured, oftentimes verging on quirky or silly (often blamed by others as a result of too much time spent away from civilization). She dances when she's human-formed and dances when she's dragon, and never seems to get down or depressed. Optimism is her game, but she can do a total about-face and turn snappy and irritable if she's been kept in one place for too long. Her temper is definitely not slow- or cool-burning, so beware those teeth and claws when she's in a foul mood.
