As a genet, Jiranu is a lean, wiry creature whose appearance falls somewhere between cat and weasel. His bright yellow eyes are set in a large-eared semi-feline face, and he has a long neck and long tail to his cattish body. But while normal genets have a strikingly-marked grey pelt of fur, Jiranu purchased a massive Cyborware modification for himself and had his fur replaced with dark blue scales, marked with black in the usual genet pattern.

Jiranu is one of those people that's so amazingly perfect that you either love him, hate him, or want to run him off a cliff with an angry mob. If he were in a fanfic, you might call him a Gary Stu. He's kind, polite, charming, never gets angry, always knows how to dress and what to say, and sometimes seems like the luckiest guy on the station. He's never even had a bad hair scale day, much less lost a job or gotten horribly sick or anything like that.
