Glitzer is all about the shinies; walking into his room is like walking in on the mother of all raves. Lumi-wire, lumi-pads, glow-sticks, leftover Christmas lights, antique neon signs... if it glows, Glitzer wants it! He'd love to get every inch of his body scrolled with lumi-wire, but being unable to afford it, he settles for wrapping himself in self-illuminated strings of lights. He's a spunky and exuberant character, so much that people generally either love him or hate him.
