Despite being a dragon gifted with the ability of speaking vocally, Devmani is a taciturn fellow of few words, verbal and telepathic alike. He's not unfriendly, but he finds conversation awkward and difficult, and so remains silent. He enjoys being in the company of people who will do all the talking for him, allowing him to remain contentedly silent in the background.
