Alhena is a fairly plain young woman. She's fair of skin with amber-colored hair and eyes, being rather tall and thin but not particularly pretty. Her hair is cut short and without style, and her clothes are dark and boring, if not blazoned with some grim symbol like a skull or cemetery cross.

Alhena grew up in a household plagued by violence (enough to claim the life of her younger brother when he was six), and despite having been separated from her family since her bonding at age seventeen, she has remained quiet and withdrawn. Rather than trying to purge her memory of the things she saw, Alhena developed a morbid fascination with the darker aspects of life and human nature. She is incredibly intelligent, educated both in the means of warfare and dissection of bodies. Just what she plans to do with this combination, perhaps we don't want to know....
