At first glance, Folly seems sensible and down-to-earth, but he is impressively nonchalant about Bhalla and the dangerous situations she puts herself in. It's not so much that he doesn't worry, but he knows exactly what Bhalla can do, and that she can take care of herself, so while comes off as indifferent to his host, he is actually quite proud of her. He is a chatty dragon and makes friends easily.
