The ability to communicate in spoken words.

Slow, steady, and even creeping are the words by which one could describe Kor'yaune and her intents to ascend to power. What that "power" may be is still up to interpretation and opportunity, even, but her hydra blood is more than strong enough to seek it. Even so, she hardly wishes to be yanked out by the roots before she's even had a chance to establish them, and she does her best to be -- if not inoffensive -- at the very least, not considered an imminent threat.

The Selamputo name being a very well-known one throughout the Nexus, she is not afraid to lean into it as a source of reasoning that she is someone who can be familiar and trusted. No one has ever really thought ill of a Selamputo, have they? At least, not outside of any reactions to their prolific family tree, certainly. Therefore she, as a Selamputo (and one not even that far descended from their founding father!), can absolutely be trusted and ignored and left to her own devices...
