Zhetia spends most of her days working alongside Rasso, and the two fit together as naturally as stone and timber. While he reinforces beams and frames roofs, she sets mortar and lays the foundations that keep the entire structure standing. Strong walls mean safe people, and Zhetia approaches that responsibility with intensity. She admires Rasso's craftsmanship deeply and treats his work as something to study and learn from, often glancing toward his latest project to see how a more experienced builder solves the problems she will have to address as well.
Ironically, the two reverse the usual expectations of youth and experience. Despite being half his age, Zhetia is the one prone to slowing their work with painstaking precision, carefully adjusting stones that most others would consider perfectly acceptable. Rasso, for all his perfectionist tendencies, often finds himself pushing her to move faster and accept practical solutions. Zhetia does not believe in cutting corners, even in emergencies, but she has yet to fully grasp the difference between a dangerous shortcut and a skilled improvisation. To her, anything less than the strongest possible structure feels like gambling with someone's life.
That instinct comes from a deep loyalty to the people around her. Zhetia cares fiercely for her companions and feels personally responsible for anything built with her hands. Around the fire she is easy company -- quick to share a drink, join a friendly wrestling match, or laugh at a good story -- but when lives might depend on her decisions, that same devotion makes her overly cautious. Faced with a choice between acting quickly or ensuring every stone is perfectly set, Zhetia struggles to accept that in a Storm, something sturdy now can matter more than something perfect later.
