"I'm just living my part!"

Star City's Fur and Feathers Frenzy, Ceremony #2
Name:Vado Filideterra
Age:Young Adult
Sex:Male
Species:Niteshan Asandus
Height:16'9" at shoulder
Color:Brown-Green
Residence:Avengaea
Occupation:
Abilities:
Earth and Plant Magic
The ability to magically effect earth, stone, and plant growth with an impressive amount of control and ability.
Functional Magic
A wide-ranging ability to wield magic to just about any practical purpose. Though innate, practice is necessary to become truly skilled.
Seedling Reproduction
Every four years, their gemlike scales bloom into flowers that match the color of their eyes. If they contract the pollen of another seedling-capable dragon, they could very well become "pregnant" and gestate seeds there.
Shapeshifting (Asandus-Human Spectrum)
The ability to shapeshift to any form between human and Asandus shapes, the former tending to retain the coloration of the latter.
Telepathy
The ability to communicate mind-to-mind.
Teleportation
The ability to teleport anywhere within sight or that can be strongly visualized in the mind.
Verbal Speech
The ability to communicate in spoken words.
Personality:

Vado is a total and absolute goof. He takes the saying "all the world's a stage" to heart and has a wholly theatrical demeanor, as if there's always a camera rolling somewhere, though it's not necessary for him to be the center-stage star. Where other dragons walk, run, and talk, Vado struts, prances, and sings... or at the very least, speaks from the bottom of his heart and lungs. Though he seems like something pulled out of a book or movie, the show he puts on is anything but -- all his mannerisms are honest and unaffected. He simply just has a lot of fun with life.
