Cinder is an easygoing little creature, his calm nature perfectly matched with that of the girl he looks to. He is practically mute, for he rarely makes the chirping and squawking calls that flits seem so often to enjoy. Etek's family thinks him half-blind as well, for he is constantly bumbling into things with a klutziness that cannot possibly be blamed on a lack of grace alone.
