Iskassan is a member of a species which is equal parts flora and fauna, and like the rest of her kin she is possessed of a deep reverence for all forms of life. She and her kin believe all living things are connected and every life is part of every other, no matter how small or distant. Her mannerisms in daily life tend to strike others as an odd combination of dreamy and worshipful, as if distracted by the euphoria of life itself. Nevertheless, the polite and gentle Valiscari is not at all hard to get along with.
