Hey again XD
Okay, after numerous reschedulings, problems, and other issues, my dad's stem cell procedure is scheduled for next Wednesday, March 8th. Barring any last-minute changes from the doctor (whom I can't help picturing as Dr. Nick Riviera from The Simpsons... "HAI EVRYBODDY!"), the procedure should actually go as planned.
So I'll be gone from Wednesday to Thursday, and -possibly- longer if something goes wrong either with the procedure, with my dad's recovery, or with Mexico in general. I don't think I'm going to be taking my laptop with me, due to being muchly nervous about the land south of the border :p
The good news is, without my electronics to distract me, I should get some new templates finished :pppp!
And, of course, I'll still be here til Wednesday XD

I hope the dr isn't QUITE as bad as all that.

The doctor called us today and cancelled my dad's procedure AGAIN - this is seriously like the 7th time it's been cancelled and rescheduled!
THIS time they're saying that they've been having power outages in the facility and they have no backup generators... oh THAT makes me feel great! I feel REALLY confident about my dad's safety now! :/
It looks like they can't do it this week, so maybe next week. Sorry to be the wolf who cried "human" so much. This is incredibly frustrating to me and I wish this damn procedure would just be DONE with so we know whether or not the stem cell treatment is going to "work". ARGH.
