I have a batch of kids....

Post by Shard »

I want to have some sponsor dragons. Ones that like children. As they'd be working in Carramba High's Childcare service center. :)

The kids are there primarily to support the young dragons, or to accomodate any adults that might get sponsored. And to give ideas for who to send to sponsor here...

So, yeah, Childcare! whee!

Any takers? I want to help fill out clutches if they accept sponsors, particularly, since I don't prefer bonding for these characters.

I'm mildly confused as to what you want o.o Are you asking for characters other people had already made-- and if so, are you asking to take them over yourself, or just have that character ICly work for Caramba? -- or are you asking for clutches/images of dragons who might like kids for you to sponsor to add to the Caramba day care staff?

My characters are going to be sponsors for dragons. The dragons will live at Carramba, even after their human (?) sponsors move on. So basically, I want to sponsor some dragons using these guys, for dragons who are suitable with children. :)

Oh, okay XD Well... just send them out, then? o.o Or were you hoping for people to suggest places who might have appropriate clutches? XD

Yeah I was hoping to find out which folks are active enough for it... I'm gonna go looking, but I was just wondering if anyone had anything needing sponsors straight away.

X3 The Offworld Avengaean thing could use some--so long as there's a bit of story, that's about all there is to it! :3 Most of the dragons from that clutch are pretty nice, and having lived in the presence of other children for so long, making a move to a place like you're suggesting probably wouldn't be a big shift for them!

Then again, I know that other places need to have clutches filled, as opposed to the get-them-as-they-come system, so it's probably better to fill those up before asking to get some sponsors coming to my dealie. Just letting you know, though, if you'd like to send someone(s)!

Mirus can take some sponsors for the clutch there, too... And being half Aven they're pretty nice and should be good with kids, given some experience. Only requirement is a bit of story. I like stories...

I have a bunch of dragons that I could just give you, if you want... 5 half-starswimmers that aren't going anywhere, and my orange K'marna mage. I tend to be really bad about putting up any dragons that I give myself...

(And hey, if you'd be willing to take my school mascot in dragon form, Freddyth would be quite happy. (I drew him for a non-dragoning friend--the original is hers, the dragon is mine, but I do NOT want that thing at Dasma. What is a 'Hilltopper', anyway? :P )

Okay then, I'll start splitting them up.

Lol Samber - that's hilarious and yes I'd be more than happy to take a school-spirit-driven dragon! :D heeee!

Oooh, maybe that's another whole group. NO WAIT I have groups already. See this is just the first that I've fully completed. I have the 2nd Period Pandas (8 students in the genre-driven fiction writing class taught by Rich McPanda - who is based on a real teacher of fiction and lit I had in jr college), the Supers (8 including the 9th in the Pandas, he crosses over, all superpowered), the Goths (4 which I really ought to finish, they're quite cool), The rest of the class from Anima/Magg's page (who predate all these guys), the Seniors (who are going to the Team event should I ever finish THAT...), and the Mages (4 who are slated for the Avian event but ... I don't know whether that's on?)...

So yeah I will take the mascot and try finishing off more of these guys to send out. Thanks guys!

May I present to you... Freddyth the Hilltopper*!

Image

He is wearing purple lederhosen, yiss, and speaks with a very thick (and very fake) German accent. His brain is the size of a walnut, while his biceps are nearly as big as Volkswagens. If he needed a bond, he'd go for a freaky musclebound moron with blond hair, shaved legs, and a pickaxe. His favorite colors are purple and white.

*Note: I have no idea what in the fuzzy pink bunny slippers that's supposed to be...

Yes, I've been working on my reserve for that, too. :) He's really good, I think. I've had fun writing him. I loves me the matrix. Since the Vere clutch hasn't seemed to go anywhere recently, he won't be going there, but he is from the matrix - and with a good reason not to be limited to Vere. :D
