And here you go! A Paniyan dragon, from Alskyr, Male - name is Taerisok. Paniyan dragons are pretty small, he's 20 feet long with about a 44 foot wingspan. T-power is Very High (5 out of 5), with the ability to communicate with any number of other people via telepathy; Command (up to 16 other dragons, or half that if magically-superior beings such as gryphons or intelligent / independant creatures) - useful for flight wings, fighting, and organization; and can keenly Sense animals of any size and type in a 1/4 mile radius. Paniyan dragons do not require bonds, but you might want to have one for this boy, he seems like a leader.
