I AM TEH BACK

Hey everyone -

...Not sure how many of you noticed XD but I was gone for a number of days. I was having some pretty serious family issues (I made the mistake of bringing my full-contact foam sword to work, as an example, and my mother got into a yelling-fest and whopped me with it), compounded by the fact that it was around Thanksgiving.

Tangent: For those of you who don't know, my dad was putting up Christmas decorations five years ago, on Thanksgiving Day of 2000, and he fell off of an 8-foot ladder and smashed into our cement driveway. He spent 6 months in a coma, and now has severe brain damage :/ he can't walk, or talk normally, or feed himself or control his bodily functions. My family (understandibly) always gets really snappish and fight-prone around Thanksgiving, and I generally try to calm them down as best I can. :/

So anyway, all of those things plus a few other issues in my life kept me away from the forums for a bit, whereas normally I check it several times a day XD I think things have calmed down in my family, so I should be around more often now. I do apologize if I pissed anyone off with the things I said in a certain thread before I disappeared, as well. :{

I'll get to closing that Care Bear Dragon contest and posting my other contest, now XD
