Halloween Maze & Secret Clutch @ SR

Post by caesiusdraco »

H'okay, as to do something Halloween-ish without sucking bonders away from the various frenzies, I devished a little maze-ish thing at Serpent's Reach. I'm hoping to make this an annual event, so feedback would be awesome.

There's a few critters to collect along the way, and should you finish, a one-of-a-kind clutch at the end.

http://draconigena.net/haunted_caer/

I don't think it's super-challenging, but it's fun.

Oh! And to the following people who never got dragons from my giveaway:
Drakiera, Baka, Kitsuneko, Kless, Phe, Mystic, Morel, Lerial, Shard, and Sil: You're automatically getting your...er...creatures, as part of this thing. And since you've been waiting so long, if you finish the maze, you can ask me what I'm drawing for you and if you don't like it/want something more, you can request a custom-draw instead. Please keep my sanity in mind.

Enjoy!

Hilarious!! I'm a little confused though, I found things but if you 'use' them they are no longer with ya, right?

It's cute! :D

GREAT flavor text...

Hey, it doesn't say whether or not you keep the toaster dragon with you after using him on the last wall. *puts on the puppy eyes* Can I keep him? O.O

Well the toaster dragon didn't die, did he? So it's safe to say you can keep him, cuz he survived the use. X3

Glad you guys liked it. :D

You get to keep everything you find, unless it specifically states that you lost it or it died, even if you use it. I probably should have done an image for the jewel, but that requires effort. XD

I updated the winner's list, and I got your info, Lakota.

Ha! I <3 the breakfast dragon.

I think I found all of the pets, but I'm sticking with the first run I did through the maze for my story. :D

Make the human 'parts' animal, add some scalpels and a chain-mail glove and you have my work! *snicker*
I'm not fond of Zombies (the idead of work crawling back out of the trash can isn't a pleasant thought *shudder*) but as zombie stories go this one's great!

*snuggles her little toster flit* Soooo cute!

I must be the only one who loves the zombies and is terrified of the toaster dragon. *sob*

Nono, the toaster dragon scared me too at first. Then he flung toast at the wall and got me out alive. Now I love him.

Through rooting around I've found four critters... must root around and find more! *dashes off*

Well could the carelizard /do/ anything? And do I have to give up my spot in the clutch for it? XD (I was just teasing about why there weren't any, but I do so love the undead..)

He could...fly into things and bite people? ;)

And no, you wouldn't have to. Your dragon from the clutch fits the profile too, so I could just add him on as a buddy...or something.

Heh, I got through the maze yesterday but I had to go before I could comment. XD

Fun, very fun. XD In fact, there are few things less fun than running for your life through a haunted house/maze with zombies on your tail. <3 [pats her toaster dragon tenatively] That thing still scares me despite the horrible cuteness of toast-y-ness.
