Moire Abandonlings

Sigh. This is really depressing...I spend literally hours on these dragons, and about half of them are abandoned....

So, I've got
From Takarath and Baoth's clutch:
olivenite beach-striped/snake-striped sandy mica male Suami
brass tide-striped corroded silver-winged corroded brass male Kawan
silver dun-striped brass-winged corroded brass female Kasih
abbreviated dun-striped calico-patina male Sàbhailtek

From Shibboleth and Rutanth's clutch:
Red ghost-striped/red wing-dusted blue-white male Shirakeru

So, anyone who likes the Moire dragons and is willing to write nice stories for these guys, you're welcome to.

I've never seen a Moire dragon, but those colours sound pretty... I'd be more than happy to give one/some a home. What kind of stories would you be looking for, and is there any information around that I can read about them?

It's so sad to see dragons being abandoned...

Any notes on personality or preferences in adopters, Efellai, or will reading over the hatching stories be sufficient? I'd look at the pages of their original bonds, but if they had interaction with their dragon there, I suspect abandoning would not have been an issue...

I'll just see what I can find, I guess; your dragons are far too beautifully elegant to remain in limbo. ^^

Almost all of them are visible at http://empyrean.ethereal.nu/moire/spires/hatch3.html except for Shirakeru.
Moire dragons...well, Moire dragons are weird. I don't have much written on them as a species yet, but they have variable abilities...sometimes, if you really impress me, they have more than the usual talking/telepathy/mild empathy/fire breath. Like Seidai, who bonded one of Mystic's spiffy chars, has a sort of precog/foresight, if I remember correctly.

I like writing that seems like some thought went into it, but it doesn't have to be an epic or your magnum opus.

Angeoria, reading the hatching should help...if you can see the previous bonders stories and get any idea of their personalities, that should also help. If you'd like me to give you more of an idea on a particular dragon, let me know.

Lessee, and I'd like for Kasih and Kawan to at least go to the same location. They have a pretty strong brother/sister bond.

Writing them up as bondless dragons or writing bonders for them are both equally acceptable.

Another note: these dragons are first-come, first-serve...if you tell me you're interested in a particular one, I can hold him or her for you for a little while, but I'm really just interested in finding them a good home.

I might put up the 5 mysterious extra dragons that I never finished from Shibboleth and Rutanth's clutch, if there's a lot of interest.

And there's a clutch on the sands, too, for those of you who really like these guys.... They're all custom-colored and designed for you! Everything from small-bronze size to large-dog size. Muaha. I love Agent X....

Erm, Efellai, would you have the image for Gwalchaved in your hard drive by chance? I had it originally stored on my first hard drive, which was completely corrupted, and I'd like to eventually get a story written up for him.

Never done this sort of thing before, adopting an abandoned, so please tell me if I did anything wrong with the story beyond typos. (I hate Microsoft Word, so I just used WordPad, which doesn't have a spellcheck.)
