Should work for meters and feet but relies on percents not ratios.
I don't know how to take the raw decimal feet number and have it turn into a x'x" type number...I don't even know if Excel can do that but yeah.
How to use it...only the green fields are changeable (or should be). If you just want to know the height to shoulder, put in the percent differance (for Pernese i use 27% but it needs to be in decimal form for now), and then how long your dragon is.
