Winter Mini-frenzy

I've been thinking lately that I've kinda missed the more traditional clutch-candidate-hatching style, but I know we're all really busy...

Thus, I'm proposing something NOW, and giving y'all two to three months to think of something to write (and me some nice time to actually get my act together).

Winter Mini-frenzy!

Participants
I'm only going to run this with 2-3 females and 4-6 males, to keep things small, but I'll accept any number of auditioners, then pick my favorites from the bunch. You can submit any number of dragons, from 1 to infinity. I don't care where their origins came from, so long as they can breed and I have an image to work from.

In terms of what I'm looking for -- winter themed dragons, whether it be pale colors, winter-esque powers, what-have-you. This part will be open either until October ends, or until people stop submitting, whichever comes first.

Candidates
At the moment, I have no restrictions on candidate submissions. Just post here with this information and I'll add 'em to the list. This will be open until about a week before I decide to hatch it (which, at the moment, is somewhere around New Years Eve).

There will be a theme, but it won't be the standard snow-and-fluffy-bunnies (whut? bunnies? I unno) theme. When I have a bit more time, I'll be posting some links to winter poems that can be used as inspiration.

Heh... with as many white dragons as I've managed to collect (not enough actually >.>), this could be fun. I'll try and filter through them over the weekend, find the best of the best. =)

Oh wow, so many pretties to choose from! You guys really like making my life difficult, don't you.

I may end up choosing one more female and another couple males, but I'm not going to go any larger than that (unless free time comes upon me in spades).

Anyone else thinking about submitting?

Alright, last call for submissions, since I've already started to consider pairings.

If you want to submit, post a note here that you're going to. If no one responds in about a week, I'll consider what I have final and post who I accepted, then a flight story and the results later.

I'm considering dropping any attempt at theme. I've never been good at keeping track of things, so meh. General winter theme -- light, dark, snow, ice, whatever you'd like to include.

I've actually got nothing better to do every Tue/Thurs morning than draw, seeing as I have a 100 level health ed class (100 level = freshman level) that the teacher doesn't want laptops out in (dunno why >.>;; I mean, it's not like the subject is BORING or anything...)

So I'll be drawing babies to hatch. And random other things. (Yes Shard, including winter gather babies. Hmm...)

*nods* I added her in - though, taking a close look at Fukeru Ukuure's records, Lissah is listed as a Light sec Weather (though I can see where wealth came from, she abbreviated weather on the pickup page as "Weath") ^^;; if you don't mind, I'll run Lissah by that for my own sanity's sake.

I think I noticed cause I've been trying to figure out how to deal with Iilaiza, who is Life sec None. The hatching story was all "One of the rarest elements, in a wild nest?" and I was all like "Awesomesauce! A rainbow!"

And now I'm all like, "How does Life react when breeding... Katasev! You never updated the fedra iinnnffoooooo... cry"

So I saw an "l" there and my mind went, "nooooo, another strange one to deal with! But I wanna use her... but.. but.. ggaaah"

^^ So, congrats, you gave me a small brain-break this evening.
