Table of Elements
Wow, that was kind of a surprise. (But a happy one! *totally wanted to do the table of elements. <3) Birthstones won second place (again XD) so it'll carry over to next month, while the other two options are recycled back into the system for later. ^.^
Now, for those of you who have been in on this since it's conceptualization, or who participated in one of the previous month's giveaways, you already know how this works, so this'll mostly be a review for you guys (though I did change a few things from how I wanted it set up in the first month, because it didn't work the way I thought it would). For everyone else, this is how it works:
Everyone:
Whether you plan on participating or not, if you want a dragon from any of the giveaways, you sign the forms found in their respective giveaway threads. Most of the time, you won't know what you'll be getting until they come out, but some giveaways may show an example of the template before you apply. That is entirely up to the artist in question.
Participants:
There are two ways in which you may participate. The first is to create a template (or limited run of uniques, if you'd rather not make a template) for the giveaway. This can be a random dragon, a breeding, etc... Whatever you deem appropriate. The specifics of the dragon are completely in your hands. For this month's theme, please see the info listed below for ideas, or you may do your own research.
The second way is to write a story around the theme. This can be a place for the giveaway dragons, a character learning about the subject in question, or whatever, so long as it is also inspired by the monthly theme.
Participants do get perks, however. I would suggest that anyone doing a limited run of dragons (as in, not enough for everyone, whatever reason you have; a breeding, or a handful of uniques) hold off on their giveaway until the end of the month, when you know who is definitely participating (unless you don't really care who's participating or not, in which case.. *shrug!* it's up to you!). Participants will usually have a better chance of getting one of those few dragons.
Lastly, you can run your giveaways any way you like, or you can ask that I run them. Entirely up to you. ^.~
Non-Participants:
If you're not planning on participating, you need not worry about any of the above. Simply fill out the forms and wait for the giveaways. However, as I said in the participant section, you'll likely have a better chance of getting in on limited run dragons if you're a participant. However, I don't foresee many draws like that.

As always, all categories are open to interpretation, adapted into Nexus-breedable dragon form. And if you don't plan on participating, please feel free to vote anyway. Pick what you'd most like to see!

Gemstones: Birthstones
As decided, last month's runner up is included in this month's vote. ^.~ This theme not only includes the traditional gems for the month of July, but any month of the year, and any birthstone you wish to take inspiration from. Your dragon can either be colored similarly, have accents of the stone, or have abilities related to your stone of choice. Anything you can imagine.

(I got lazy and just stuck this one in again, too XD) A dragon inspired by one (or more!) of the universes natural elements.
Again, there are very few restrictions in this theme; the dragon could potentially be made of metal (clockwork!dragon? o.o), or gas (ghost!dragon?!), or even just have the ability to control certain elements, or shift states (gas-liquid-solid). It's all up to you!http://www.webelements.com/
Suggestions
This is an extremely open theme, where anyone can reply with a trait (or ten) they'd like to see incorporated into a dragon. Participants can then choose from the compiled list of traits to create... anything! X3
Extravagance: Favorite Food/Meal/Dessert/Beverage
Dragons inspired by your favorite edible item. X3 These could go so far as being edible themselves, or they could be shaped like the food item, or they could produce that favorite desert at will, or heck, they could even just be colored similarly.
