In that, my cat killed her. She is sicking of shock. Quite literally -_-

yes, they can scratch pretty much anything in front of their claws. Yow. Wonders why a cat was that close to anyone's eyelids... o.o

Rath was comforting kitty. Kitty got angry. Kitty scratched. Rath ... passed out and is now sleeping off shock.

News of my death has been greatly exaggerated.

My eye is fine, just a little scratch on the lid that's barely a bother at all. I think my reaction was mostly mental, in that "OH GOD, SHARP THINGS NEAR MY EYE *passes out and foams at the mouth*".

I'm glad your eye is okay. And I'm glad you didn't make out like my mother last time she did something like that. She had like, /gouges/ in her skin in sixteen different places. Big ones. Full of bloods.
