Breeding Project

For my final project in my art class we have to make some sort of book, with some sort of art inside. My plan for the last week has been to do with the races of Zaireac, but upon further reflection today, I decided that there wasn't actually enough art involved (too much text, sadly enough) in it for it to really fly with my teacher.

So upon further reflection I decided that I'm going to try sort of a breeding project. It would be sort of like the "papers" that would come with the "final outcome" showing the lineage back however many pages I end up needing, probably only up one side of the family tree.

My interests have always been in line and colour, so I was thinking that the "goal" of the lineage would be to go from a very plain dragon:

(s/he'll be gray, but I don't have my tablet or markers to colour him/her right now)
to something very complicated and colourful.

I was thinking about aiming in the direction of a fighting dragon, with fuzzy being a personal bonus if I can manage it.

And as a side benefit for the nexus, I was thinking of doing a give-away for every "clutch" of the project.

What I was hoping for from you guys, is suggestions/donations of dragons that I could use for this, because my own selection is rather dismal, and as a geeky little thing for myself, I want the dragons I use to have actual pedigrees (with the exception of the starting baby, of course).

Any of my dragons bred from the BWR generations project are up for grabs...

(Check the records page for URL's that start with 'dracothrope.lmfao.org.uk' or 'deviant-uprising.com/dray' or 'artdragon.mine.nu/~kalyturn' -- the pages will look like this or this or this -- generally check the 'kept dragon' notation in each section of the pedigree. X3) Of course, if you use more than one there will be some inbreeding going on there.

If you put out a list (or lists) looking for specific traits, I can dig 'em up. As it is I have way too many to be digging through just now!
