Our landlord has decided to sell the apartment we are staying in. Don't know when we might have to actually have to move out since the place does need some fixer uppers and he is letting us stay until he actually finds the time and money to fix things. However, just in case I suddenly vanish, it will be due to the fact that I am moving out and in the process of moving in to a new place.
We are however hoping to somewhat delay the inevitable but who knows...
