LOADS of abandoned dragons! D:

Maybe it's kinda sad that I'm feeling depressed over something like this, but there are 18 abandoned dragons at Starburst. EIGHTEEN. And they need homes as quickly as possible, because I'm working on cleaning up my record charts so I can get Starburst rolling again.

Were any of those other ones already adopted out to me? Because I'm not positive on names off the top of my head, and I had thought I adopted a couple or two from you but might not have given you the urls.

I don't think any of those were adopted out to you. A long time ago I did another one of these "hugeloadofabandonedsomg" things with the dragons from the very first clutch I ever had (even before any of these clutches), and you adopted a couple of those. That's probably what you're thinking of. ^.^

That's sad that they're abandoned; do any of these guys have set personalities like the ones on the web site, or are they just anything goes? And are any of them sponsor-only or bond-only? I have a character who might be perfect to sponsor a super-angsty abandoned dragon, but he's rather old (in his early 50's) so he'd be too old to bond. But he is a former dragonrider who's bond died, so he might like an abandonling to angst with. And perhaps to mate with his super-angsty girlfriend's dragon

Anything goes for the personalities. You /could/ read the hatching stories to get a bit of a taste of what they're sort of like, but honestly, it doesn't matter to me. XD I'm too lazy to revamp every personality I've ever written.

Also, bonds or sponsors are fine. ^^ Just indicate which one your candidate is on the form.

...None of those abandoned dragons are any of mine, are they? I don't think I had any others in danger, but the names are all similar and it gets confusing. ^^;

Bumping the topic with a quick update: All record charts are now up to date at Starburst with new riders. ^^

There are still 10 dragons available, including over half of clutch 2. (Poor Yemth would be hysterical if she knew.) There are also three speckled babies from clutch 3, one iridescent baby from clutch 4 that I know Shard wanted, and two babies from clutch 7 - a pure Old-World green and one glowie-baby. ^^ Anyone else interested?
