Also, I've been thinking about getting some new images. Something I can color and resize as desired. This would allow for the possibility of ... variant colors at Aneris. Would this bother anyone or would you all prefer perhaps Aneris staying as is and me making an offshoot?

I don't have a problem with it. I think it'd be neat to have variants show up, even if it's just things like green-on-green stripes or the like.

Yeah I don't have an issue with that at all.

For my part, when I got the old Talor images, I used the white one to recolor things up a bit. Are the images just not in a format you could work with?

I apologize a bit for that rather crowded menu-bar. I plan to make it a bit cleaner when I get around to updating the skin to what Yakima made or me, but that'll have to wait until we move and I get my blasted office back.

I have moved, and finally have an office. (Which is so <3) So I can finally concentrate better and get some of the work done that I kept putting off cause of lack of screen space. Like Jaeli's clutch that I want to fly.

Site is all updated for now. I'm going to leave the clutch open until after Thanksgiving. After that, I may toss some NPCs in here to get it hatched. I will go ahead and tell you that I did roll some cross-gendered dragons. It had a low percentage, but it did happen.

That annoying moment when you KNOW you have a specific scene written years before now, and you KNOW that the characters in it were 'projected' but never sent out to other weyrs... I have been trying to figure out who the hell I wrote this one character (Faralona) into, OR if for some reason, maybe since it'd already been many years and Ty's unlikely to reopen Ryslen, I changed the names and didn't go with that particular character for that role. *arg*

Well, I've got another candidate in the works anyway, revamped a little from what I was going to send to Ryslen's one hatching.

(yay I did figure out which page it was on, thanks to old oocities and geocities foreign site saves!! that said, I'd be changing THAT page to reflect what happens to Faralona instead of the other way hoping that she gets what she gets on that other page...)

Annnnd, because godaddy's FTP service hasn't worked in almost a week now, I'm unable to update the pages for my characters OR the updated Dragonhope page links and such (for wing locations and character links on the charts). I really hope they get this fixed soon, I'm getting really sick of not being able to update anything.

Oh please do. Godaddy still - after more than a MONTH of no ftp - has not done a damn thing to fix this. :/ I have turquoise and updated other pages, and .... can't do a damn thing with them I can't log onto the main website admin panel because *I don't actually own it*, it's my friend's, and HIS site isn't able to be ftp'd to either, you'd think it's a business site he should be a LOT more angry about it than I am for some dragon adoptables... but he's been on a trip for a week and done NOTHING before then either. I'm not a pleased Geezer.

I still haven't been able to change or update my site at all, the FTP service on Godaddy's site is simply not working. i'll likely be moving my domain over to my ex's dreamhost site, but I haven't figured out how to do that either. Turquoise is about as up as he'll get though I suppose.

If there are any other characters I've got sitting around that you might want to throw dragons at I'd love to have em lol. but... of course, then I can't update until it's ftp-able.

Does your candidate have a preference? She believes firmly that she'd be a great bronze rider, and her lover would tend to agree. On unuploaded pages there is more about her diligence in training the flitter and though I know I was intending originally to kill the thing and get her a new one (part of the plot with her girlfriend) I chickened out of that... eventually she should be able to go 'rescue' her beloved.
Do -you- have a preference? I would love to see her either on a male bronze, or a male gold, though if a female gold thinks she's 'good as is' that would also suit the prior written works. Since Ty's clutch was meant to be 'girls only and who cares what their preferences are' that's why Fara was important in the first place to me.

I know I keep saying that, but life is getting pretty nasty and I've been trying to get a job. -.-;; Turns out that my husband's co-op credit hours for last semester didn't manage to keep the school loans from cycling into repayment, and now that he has a full time job he can't do more than a 1 credit continuing education which we... probably can't afford unless I manage to get a job real soon. But he has to have that, or else he can't graduate with his PhD. *flail*

Hence, complete disappearance of Starfyre for the past weeks. Ugh. I'll see what I can do, even if it's just stat page candis, which it's going to have to be at this point. Sorry.
