From 33.3 to 45...

Lordy. Back when I turned 33 I decided that I would no longer age, instead I would simply tack on another 3 to my age. You know, because... the 33rpm records that I own lots and lots of?

Well the time has finally come to change out for the smaller, sleeker and more quickly spinning 45s.

Happy Birthday! I always liked records. As a kid I was completely fascinated by the 33.3's and the 45's. I probably thought they were much cooler than tapes. Tapes you always had to worry about it getting eaten by the stereo, and then came the inevitable mass of tangled tape when it happened that you would have to try and wind back up. So in my estimation records are classically cool! XD

Oh god the nightmare of pulling out yards and yards of cassette tape from the machine. Unfolding it, and whispering silent prayers to the lords of sound that it wouldn't be utterly destroyed. LOL.

I wonder: how would it look if you altered the more violet wingshade/body tint down to a blue? Not for me, but just in general? Because the base shade is such a nice velvety color, it looks like it could go both violet and indigo equally.
