I had a bit of a fancy to work on some winged cats, so thought that I should catch up on this thread. I know that most of the people who adopted here aren't actually around anymore... but hey! At least it's finally done, right? Heh... heh...

Anyways, I've moved to a new computer and hadn't transported my old template, so I worked on a new one. Apologies if they're not as much to your liking as the old ones... I'll see if I can dig up the old templates so that I can give away a mixture, if there's interest!

NEW BREEDS
There's some information on how to set up an official winged cat breed at the top of this page! Basically, choose what genes are required for the breed, then set up a foundation (3 generations) that show those requirements. If you have a set in mind, I can add it to the breed registry with a note that it's still in progress! :3

Oh wow that reduced recessive red is absolutely stunning! I love my two barless females as well, yay kitties! (I forgot how much fun this could be haha.)

Oh yeah, I noticed M040 is listed as barless but still has bars on his wings and isn't barless in his genetic code. I think I got his coat right on the page: Ash Red Light Checker White Tailed? I'm not sure about the order.

Cats are on the way! I'm just held up on Unyko's random as he has a new pattern that I haven't added to the template, yet!

Jess D: you can keep or give away as many of the kittens as you like. Just let me know which ones you wish to keep so I can adjust their image titles (I just add the name to the file so I have redundancy goin' on.) You may wish to do some trades with other lofts if you see ones that suit your fancy, too. "I'll breed my two together and let you choose one if you do the same for me!"

Delyar, inbreeding is perfectly fine with the winged cats themselves. I'll leave it up to you whether or not you want to go there. XD The only cats that would be dangerous to inbreed are Almond and Dominant Opal, which when homozygous, will leave a kitten weakened and likely unable to survive past its first year. Otherwise, there are not any detrimental effects through that method of breeding.

The male with the wrong coat colour should be, "Ash Red White Tailed Light Checker" -- I must have copy/pasted improperly again. This seems to be a trend... Woops!

I am definitely keeping my female, but having a very hard time deciding if I want to keep all three boys >.> I think I do, cause they all have different possibilities, gene-wise, but I will definitely be wanting some new blood soon too XD
