What sort of rare colors are we talking about ,and patterns? I'm largely keeping Dragonhope traditional, but two-tones are good for me, perhaps things that can easily be said to be 'variations' on normal colors (like brass, copper for bronze, etc?).

Rare colors would be two-tones and variations on normal colors for the most part. Like black, silver, copper, pink xD.

I haven't given much thought on patterns but if you have a suggestion, I'm game to try them.

Yay, there are still some left! (I haven't been able to log in, and the connection is quite shoddy. :x) I haven't been able to read through everything because I can't seem to access all of the pages... I'm hoping to just get this through before the connection dies again so that I don't miss out! The shading is quite divine on these guys!

NPC, I guess. Unless you want them all related you can use...*looks over list* green Sarinath (bronze Naresith x gold Polanith) and blue Eth (bronze Ichiroth [bronze Portath x gold Kikanath] x gold Mardanith [bronze Tegrith x gold Kandrith])...

*shrugs* Let me know if you do that so I can record it on the parents' page, which arn't up yet...

You can list the parents as Blue Ulleseth & White Arlith

I'd really like one of those dark browns, the color is just *gorgeous*.
That minty green was also shiny and awesome.

I'm so pleased to have some higher rankers... my Nidus only has about one 'serviceable' bronze and a schwack of blues and other smaller non-Pernese dragons, so all of the Pernese dragons were looking to get pretty inbred after the first generation. I'm not sure if I'll be doing another full-fledged giveaway since it seems like I only draw a dragon template once a year and it's a different one each time.
