He finds Pehasso to be one of those enigmas in the Nexus that just begs attempts to be painted, However the seemingly random colours on his body makes this a real challenge!

During the day, these streaks "thicken" and expand as she goes through her photosynthetic phase, whereas during the night they fade as the chloroplasts are not in use. She has almond-shaped green eyes and a pointed nose.
Personality: Cheeky and cheerful, Algae is always bubbling with excitement and eagerness. She loves social situations and will often go out of her way to meet new people, sometimes a bit too exuberantly. She is an early riser and tends to go to sleep when the sun falls.

Appearance: Hallis is not quite human: somewhere along the way some dwarven genes entered into his ancestors' pool, making Hallis himself shorter than average, but muscular and particularly hairy. The latter is something that Hallis keeps under control with a lot of attention in front of a mirror, which is something that he feels is mildly unfortunate. Hallis has pale skin and calloused hands, and bright green eyes. His brown hair is cropped short on his head and often left as stubble about his face.
Personality: Unlike his bond, Hallis likes to make light of most situations. He doesn't take anything too seriously, and tends to find a joke in any situation -- and then he usually tells it. Surpleth goes nuts when Hallis makes fun of his angsting, but the two have an odd rapport that make them a good team. Hallis rarely is able to deal with a problem straight on, whereas Surpleth likes to pick and prod until it is made right. Hallis is good with his hands, though his work extends more towards carpentry than metal-smithing, as one might have expected! 'Too much human blood', some might say!

Appearance: Varena isn't especially outstanding. She is taller than average, and fairly thin, with tanned skin given that she loves the outdoors and will often strip down just like the men in the hotter months. Her hair is frizzy and brown, coming to her shoulders when it's not up in a ponytail; regardless, wisps of bangs always frame her face, much to her dislike. She has amber-gold eyes, and a grin that can make your insides grip up in a bad case of nerves.
Personality: Varena is generally a sedate woman, on the outside at least. She doesn't say much, but she is always thinking, always calculating, and always observing others the better to blackmail or put them in compromising positions. She's cruel not because she's ambitious (though she is that), but because she delights in making others feel bad -- both mentally and physically. She attracts a very specific brand of green-rider during flights, usually, though when Boosteth flies other greens (or golds!) their riders are generally rather terrified of the outcome. Varena is probably not lethally dangerous, but she is a political menace... who would have thought it from a middle-man brown-rider?

Appearance: Squat, tremendously muscular, a body-builder’s frame due to his long hours of work on construction in the stone of the Nidus. Fair skinned, scarless though he doesn’t even know how he’s escaped any marks from either riding or construction. He has wavy, dark blond hair that is often dangling in his face, resting at his shoulders. He has light blue eyes. All those things might normally be considered attractive, however U’det is just not. He has a bent nose, uneven teeth, and tends to squint a lot.
Personality: Rather selfish, and a bit abrupt with those who happen to get in his way. He has a large family, almost all inhabitants of the Nidus, none of them close. Born in the middle of his large sprawling family tree, he was glad to be able to find a dragon bond, and distinguish himself that way. But primarily he was trained for construction. He has been found outside the Nidus appraising stone quarries, forestry sites, and the like, getting an idea of what he can use to build things. And while out there, picked up an assortment of very odd skills: playing a hide drum for traveling gypsies, figuring out where people are from by their accents, and weirdly being able to locate and befriend almost any nest of flitters. They don’t often remain with him, but there are almost always at least three flits of some kind hanging out, and they all take instruction from him as though he’d trained them from day one.

Personality: It's odd that a superstitious man like Elriel should bond a skeptic like Kedia, but perhaps the two are good for one another. Elriel tends to be careful about what he says and does; he knocks on wood, he leaves a plate of milk or honey out each night in his kitchen, and he loves cats (but not black ones!); he looks and listens for signs that might not make sense to those who aren't familiar with the myths and tales of yore. However, Elriel is a friendly soul, is always willing to take in those who need a space, or to give what he has to those who are lacking. He seems to be a weird mix of zen and nervous, as he is mindful of his state of being and tends to let things go, however he has no wish to offend the supernatural in any way.

Appearance: Nema stands at about 5'10", making her pretty tall for a woman. She's stocky, with cream-coloured skin as well as almond-shaped blue eyes. Her hair is russet coloured, as is the fur that coats her tail and ears. She looks a little more like a 'catgirl' in build -- mostly human but with hints of jackal in her build and features.
Personality: Nema isn't the smartest girl around, but you'll never catch her admitting this. She is clever, after a fashion, and manages to get most of what she wants pulled off in secretive schemes... however, she doesn't think very far into the future, so she often gets caught during her escapades. Still, she's fearless, and determined, which can make her a very troublesome sort.

Dang, I knew I took an overly long time getting Vacouth paged. XD I don't mind a non-AAM beast, something not perny is just fine.

And I love those little halloween flits man, I think I've saved them all and am plotting who will get which. My graft-chimera did indeed get a little Frankie. <3
