Well, seems I'm a bit late--or not--but I'd like to do something before my vacation ends and I get caught up in work again.

So I'll be giving away some wild dragon whorlings.

How it works is, You sign with colors and one trait. I'll mix and match the traits given into a few templates, and you'll get a dragon with your trait in your chosen coloration.

Example: Someone chooses curly horns, another chooses fur, another chooses fire. I combine those into one dragon. Combinations will be mostly random.

Note: You can choose the same trait as someone else--that does not mean you'll get the same template. Also, I hope to give out mostly random colorations of the resulting templates later.

What exactly are kloppy hooves? I'm picturing big hooves perhaps with feathering (ie, long hair/fur) around them, am I anywhere close? ^.^

Kloppy hooves reminds me of Clysdales decked out in festival finery, pulling sleighs through cobbled streets, with everything around covered in a decorative coating of snow.

http://www.pkirkpatrickcartoons.com/fineartspage.html The B&W picture of the boar there pretty much sums it up. It's the short, snarly, dissheveled mane on a razorback hog. They have extremely coarse hair, so it pretty much stands errect along their spine.

It's akin to Rhodesian ridgebacks (the dog), I guess, but rhodies' fur stands up because it's against the grain of the rest of the dog. Razorback swine just have a pelt that is made of awesome. XD;;

In actual dragons, I've seen very few occasions of it, and the only one that comes to mind is the Bishen, Joaquin, who is also made of awesome.

I can pick something else if you're still confused? *offer?*

Erm, yah, definite delay--stupid sinuses always pick the worst time to act up, and I don't feel like drawing when that happens--just goofing and sleeping. Add to that I've got to go back to work tomorrow (Break isn't nearly long enough this year--bright side is that my paychecks will still be normal )

I'm hoping to do six templates--I have 18 traits, so three each on each dragon. I'll post again once I get all the templates done. ^.^

(I also have a certain triple changer demanding I draw him as well, but he's getting the same 'I'll do it later, promise' treatment.)

*sighs* So much for Christmas...I don't even have the templates finished (have two to do), I haven't touched pencil to paper since I last was here.

I hope to finish this before winter is over...really..I just have no desire to draw anything anymore...
