Okay, so here's the deal. Evidently I'm a glutton for punishment and don't want to write today. XD So, for those of you doing NaNoWriMo this year (all of you? O_o?) here's something also to procrastinate with:

I give you the chance to summarize your novel in 20 words or less, and I draw you a dragon or a gryphon or a magic seahorse or a whatever that you may either page and enjoy or stare at in confusion or whatever.

They will be in pen/ink/colored pencil, because um, I don't CG well or quickly, and I don't want to do any more of that today or for the coming week.

Also, if you are not doing nano this year, you may still poke this and use the answers with relation to the longest piece of writing you've ever done or like, a previous nano if you're just sitting out this year.

Notes: Has spazztic, unpredictable, and unstable genetic code, which may at times result in absurd mutant babies should he choose to father some. Also, my scanner washed him out, and I am angry because of this. On his left rear thigh is the number "28745-Z", because you are awesome on your wordcount. HOORAH!

Basic Personality: Smug, knowledgeable, and not afraid of commitment.

Grats on getting the green bar.

I had this one drawn like, the night you replied, but um. it ALSO has a green bar! W00t! XD You, too, may change any of these to suit your... suiting as far as how it's phrased goes. ^^;

Species: O_o it's telling me it's a tufted lotus dragon
Gender: Female
Height: 15' at shoulder, plus appx 15' of neck
Length: Long neck makes for long dragon. Also, long tail makes for long dragon. XD
Color: Mostly blue

Abilities: Elemental magic (Wind), Flight, Verbal Speech, Empathic influence (sending only, no receiving)

Personality: Fluffy in the head. Quite forgetful and easily confused. Very sweet and loving, though. Has taken it as her charge to "keep the dead" (take that for whatever you think it ought to).

Notes: Her chest has a tattoo of "33" and right beneath it a cross (hey, /you/ said '33+' XD I just ran with it.

) Outline is NOT friendly for black backgrounds. >__> I fix and tweak and test and more pixels kept coming, so I finally gave up. Just an FYI.

And huge congrats again for your green bar!

I can get it down to this at 5am with no sleep...

A guardian is stuck in a human body, while on there way to meet their human charge. While dealing with the now human aspects of themselves they attempt to guard their charge without falling for the charge and not seem like a stalker.

I suck at writing small consise things. But I did remove 20 of the words. I might be able down size it to something resembling 20 words when I've slept and don't have kimono on the brain.

If you ever get a candidate of mine you'll see how I suck at it.

Species: Parrot/Fish/Frog/Card Shark/Wtf Chimera
Gender: Either female or a VERY effeminate gender-neutral
Length (head to end of fleshy portion of tail): 4 1/2'
Color: Green and Black and Irridescent Grey (and purple. o_O worst eyeshadow job in the WORLD!)

Abilities: Knows when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em, Air Breathing, Water Breathing, Flight, Water Reading (understands the seas and tides quite intimately)

Personality: I leave this in your very capable hands. X3

Notes: "28000" tattoo on right shoulder, and very green, just because.

Despite having a scaled and finned tail, holds more in common with a frog than a fish in that it needs moisture but not necessarily water. Is quite happy to live in the shallows or ponds or whatever. Clearly this thing comes from your portion of my brain, since it has those detatched wings you're quite fond of. Um, also, the grey portion of its body is covered in irridescent scales that are bluer in the shadows. And yes, those /are/ a lot of feathers, aren't they?
