Haha! Tr'zin and Toyozath are done, though it looks so short on my new computer hopefully I'll come up with something better when the Weyrling and Adult stages come around... I'm going to take a short break before I start on F'linro and Matsuath's story, I'm just a bit tired and it's getting had to read some text on the screen.

I also finished my candidate generator so I hope to write/send out more.

Speaking of which, I have a girl that I would really like on a gold (mostly so that I can have another gene pool to add to the records list of my avalilable queens) and...well, mostly that. However, I need her to impress a gold-size/like dragon before Nysheth's clutch. If not, I can always have her Impress at Nysheth's clutch even If I hate giving myself golds like that (have always felt guilty for Valerie's at the AEC II but the FGPC was in dire need of another Weyrwoman. >.<) So, anyone with a upcoming gold clutch?

Or just needing candidates. Heh...

I got her Saeri. I had to chuckle, as people always display the talking firelizards a bit differntly. Don't change it - I think it is far to amusing and cute as is.

Is the story suppose to end that suddenly? I was expecting more? *shrug* If not, that's fine to. I tend to do stuff like that.

So, Falas is now updated...yeah me! Now...to mull over my own pending candidates for doom!

Oh gosh - what a headache. I forgot to code in the rest of the story. I'll get that re-uploaded by this weekend and hopefully have the other Pernese candidate done as well. It's still crazy trying to remember the Passes and minute details.

For some reason, I rather liked the idea of a cheeky talking firelizard. xP

See I don't really float the details. I know my characters will all wind up at Dragonhope, which is in a certain period, with certain expectations of them. Never quite been canon, but never quite too un-canon there.

Yeah, I'm kind of bad about that too. My Weyr takes place in early alternate 11th pass, and by early, I mean EARLY. My last candidate story documented the first Threadfall in 200 years

But, I figure, dragons can time travel, that IS canon, so there's some fudge space.

I'm visiting my parents' house this weekend, though, so I think mayhap its time to steal back my old copy of the Dragonlovers Guide

Falas is in the first few Turns of the 11th Pass, too.

Heehee...I fudge things around, too, but try to make it believable when I have to send characters over long time distances (like for Orpheus) which I placed before Falas' time as long as Reenee dosn't mind. >.<

Saeri- Yeah, and I can see Altair being that kind of a brat - most of my talking firelizards are. But, they talk just like the dragons, telepathicaly, not verbally and I usually give them baby talk ettiquite because they are small and simple minded. I don't know how much of my stories are up, but I have a talking firelizard, too. SHe has short, simple lines...*remembers when she stole a rock or something and flew around shrieking MINE!MINE!MINE! Yeah...* Leave what you have.

Since the next clutch up is Alskyran I'm going to be sending you a couple of true Alskyrans - which searchers do you want me to send for them? They've been officially searched by the Paniyan rider but how they get from Alskyr to Falas is who I'm looking for.

Oh, that's easy. Ildton and Joavan are both in the Off-World Search Wing and are bother Alskyrian as well as there dragons and visit Caer TolEras quite a bit.

Rielth's clutch has hatched (much to the relief of the rest of the Weyr!). She gave Flynnth a run for her money!

And the images! New hatchling images and working on a new adult! There will be no fledgling images for Alskyrian dragons unless I get really ambitious...*blink* Also, I have not yet done sizes for these guys. I have to do some calculations on the adult image I choose and go from there. They'll have adult sizes when the adult images go up. Hatchlings, at the largest, only reach one's knees (meaning there head, not shoulders, for once...

) So they're quite tiny. I think they only get as big as a blue Pernese or something...*shrug*

Finally got something wrote for F'linro and Matsuath however I can't seem to get into geocities at the moment on my parents computer (I'm home for my brother's Wedding which will be happening in about 17 hours from now)

I've sent it to myself and will get it up some time next week, might add more to it even. Sorry it's taking so long, the duo were stumping me on what I should do with them since I didn't quite feel like just rewriting the hatching story from F'linro's persepective... partly because I wasn't too sure why he'd be hiding if he even was hiding as Matsuath thought he was doing.

Well, the parentage is technically the same - the father of this clutch has the same parents as the mother and vise versa >.< Yeah, didn't plan that but it just happened. As for normal colors, it depends on what people request and what I feel like giving out. At the FGPC, I'm more willing to hand out a rare color then at the Weyr where every clutch hatches without modification. So, just because I have one or two rare parents, doesn't mean the clutch will be special. Dominate genes and recessive genes - apparently, Charuoth didn't have any dominate genes for passing on his two rare traits (the shimmer and the copper). We won't know with Arakoth until she hatches.

Also, just to clarify, Arakoth and Chauroth are Alskyrian; they hatched at the very first shimmer clutch at the FGPC - Clutch 2.

So they're Alskyrian through and through.

Well now F'linro and Matsuath's hatchling story is official up! Finally got to putting the story up after it had been written for a few weeks. Sorry about the shortness as well as the length of time it took me to put up the story. I feel better now that it is up and not sitting in my E-mail box gathering possable bugs
