The Monday post is up. (Artdragon went down again last night... no big surprise, right? XD I'm going to have a big item-raffle when it comes back up to make up for it!)
I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to be putting Didra Gons updates on hiatus for the next two updates (Friday and Monday.) I -may- need to put it on hiatus for next Friday as well, depending on how my schedule goes.
I -do- plan on making up all of these updates and giving you all some treats for putting up with my busy schedule and the fact that artdragon has been down for silly amounts of time. (Going on hiatus also gives me a chance to catch up on all of the T3 dudes that are cropping up! XD Srsly, you guys are fast. I may have to adjust the moral tics so that I can regulate evolutions in a way that allows me to get caught up faster. We'll see!)
One) At the end of the week I'm going to be transferring over all of my Didra Gon files to a new server, as artdragon has been down for a ridiculously long time and has proven itself to be highly unreliable. (Xalia, I'm'a poke you about that space you mentioned. :3)
*At that time, I will also be working on adding the following:
--Size Charts (Haven't figured out how to organize them yet. Do you guys want one massive scrolling size-chart? Or do you want a whole bunch of small ones?)
--Several pages showing where each Didra Gon is at RIGHT NOW accompanied by their owner's names. Links to images of their previous evolutions.
--a php forum where you can get all of this crazy information sorted easily. The forum will be optional to visit (I'm still hosting new updates via Nexus and LJ) but will contain sections for Trades and Breedings.
--Anything else that comes to mind. Do you have suggestions? Would you like to see the game organized differently? now is the best time because once I have sorted everything out and moved it over, I'm moving Alpha -> Beta, which means that the only real changes are going to be happening with new images that pop up.
*Speaking of new images: To everybody who is waiting on their Tier 3 evolutions (and thank you for your patience) I haven't had time to work on them over the weekend, but I will be doing that (and only that. :P) tonight. Here's my queue so that you all know how many there are.

XD I was thinking as a repository? It's not essential. And I totally hear what you mean about having a lot of places to sign in. It was mostly on my drawing board because I wanted to eventually bring everything to one place... but maybe I'll hold off on that for a while yet. ^_^
Tier 1: It's well-known that Niiro is pretty good at being sedentary, but it seems that (now at least) he has a legitimate excuse. All those times when he's been sitting quietly on the couch or outside in the yard, he really WAS improving himself through meditation! Niiro: Veg... er... self-improve through meditation?
Tier 3: Kiryu is very much a man of action, and a man of few fears. He wants to present a tough, invulnerable image to the world, and any kind of fear would obviously be a detriment to that. So lately he's been working on a few nagging little phobias he has that he can't seem to get rid of, one of which is his long-lasting fear of water. It's kind of hard to act tough when you run inside squealing every time it starts to rain. Kiryu: A fear to conquer
And Chistery, well... Chistery is about as opposite as it's possible to get from Kiryu. He believes fears are there for a reason, to tell you when you avoid something, and his willpower has never been much to speak of (read: nonexistent). Puzzles now, he loves a good puzzle. He's become my rescue when I come across one of those puzzles in a game I just can't figure out. When my frustration takes hold, I'll give the controller/keyboard to him and he'll put me to shame. Darcy: Darcy was hounding me while I was baking cookies this weekend, absolutely wanting attention. RK doesn't pander to her tricks or gimmicks, and Snowfall has a tendency to slide by everything she throws out. With Cineris busy achieving his own means, she was left with me.
Eventually, she stuck her tail in the air, huffed, and went on Adventures. I wasn't sure what sort, until I found her using a cardboard box in the bathtub singing, "Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me! Arr!"
Snowfall: Since taking a more active interest in people, Snowfall has started helping around the house. To say she has a certain flair for it would be true, but her specialty seems to be taking care of the mischievous Darcy.
Snowfall likes to keep the house clean, and divides lines between the inside and outside (perhaps of even herself). When she wants to be outdoors and enjoying what nature offers, she goes outside. When she wants to be indoors, she doesn't like the physical chaos of the outdoors in. She cleans up some of the more rambunctious messes of Darcy's, primarily by dropping ice or pillows or other available objects over or down on Darcy. In response to being targeted by Darcy, she simply pays no mind. It drives Darcy up a metaphorical, and occasionally physical, wall!
RK: In free time, RK organizes adventures with the neighborhood denizens. Unfailingly, he ends up the high priest or king, loved by his subjects and wise above all else. When thwarted, he rises into a passion, either cajoling his "enemies" into being allies, or overwhelming them with his various strategies. I'm surprised he doesn't end up staying home, but Cineris's recent growth has apparently caused RK to wish to be a bit more active in competition. He is, as always, going about it in the most studied and beneficial way.
Tier 3:
Cineris: I asked Cineris which he would prefer to do, out of a list of several things. His answer? In dead seriousness, and a slight hint of a smirk, "A test of will. Mine versus yours."
Then he flew off, laughing, to tend to the crazy plot fo land base-jumping station.

I spent a good long time quietly watching Kayo playing while the other boys were out. For a while I couldn't figure it out. He was bustling around doing housework type things, and then zooming around like a bird, and then rescuing toy animals from the "burning" sofa.
After a while, he noticed I was there, and trundled up to me... and asked me to be Batman for a while, 'cos he really wanted to be Alfred. Go fig!

Whenever Kalan has spare time, she's usually helping around the house. Especially likes to help with the cooking!
Tiers 2 & 3
Ranoc would love a test of will. He is always up for a challenge, and won't back down.
Tanis, though, prefers puzzles to solve. He loves being able to figure things out.

Zeb loves to self-improve through meditation. I would say he’s vegging… but he seriously seems to find meditation to be in line with his feelings. He’s still quiet and somewhat private about everything he does, but he’s definitely doing something when he meditates. Other than that, he likes helping me around the house. He seems to love doing laundry… I’m thinking he might be OCD, as he has to fold everything just right, and has to have everything in his drawers at just the right place. Perhaps his meditation helps to balance him out? Either way, he’s content to stay at home, working on his artwork, so adventures aren’t his thing.
Cyli, on the other hand… I suppose going on adventures is what he does best. Housework: he’s nowhere to be found. He’s got too much energy to veg, now that he’s getting older. However, I’ve had reports that some of his… adventures with his… group of friends (gang perhaps? Hey, we live in Baltimore, with the Crips (sp) and the Bloods… I wouldn’t be surprised if Cyli’d started his own small gang) are quite a bit wild, mostly from other people he’s disturbed. I don’t know what to do with him anymore.

Taeresi loves a puzzle to solve. He’s an avid fan of mysteries, be they books, movies, or real life. He loves to work on puzzles with Zeb, to puzzle through his own existence (deep thinker, shocker there), and likes the challenge of solving the puzzle of a new friend’s personality.

In his spare time, Turien likes to help around the house. He's taken an interest in the... well, interior decorating. Cultivating his own potted plants and things, since we don't have much in the way of ability for landscaping. He decided that adding little birds in an aviary was a good thing for it, too, so we set to work on that project. I wouldn't say he's someone who really likes to do dishes etc... but he likes to feng shui the house and make it nice.
I would say for Mercutio, in his spare time he likes to go on adventures. Mind, he doesn't really go anywhere.... but I suppose his deranged little mad scientist projects are kind of like adventures. Right?

I thought I lost my D&D manuals today. Needless to say, I finally found them in Sol and Luna's playroom, where it also appeared the boys were staging an epic battle among their stuffed animals and my roommate's giant red dragon miniature.
Donned in an oversized silver shirt and a mixing bowl helmet, carrying a cardboard cutout sword and shield, Sol looked very much the gallant hero, perhaps a fighter or paladin, as he swiped at his brother. He even shouted an adorable battle cry when advancing.
I couldn't place what creature Luna was imitating though. He had triangular ears pasted to his forehead, newspaper stuffed black socks attached to his shoulders, and when his brother approached too closely, he tossed a handful of flour in the air and tiptoed back several steps.
I came to find out later that Luna was playing the part of a displacer beast, or in his words, the awesome black cat monster. Perhaps this should have been more obvious to me (aside from the flour trick), but I've never seen D&D monsters show up in children's make-believe games!
