Tier 0 (Baby - Arashi)
When you brought your new Didra Gon home, what was the first thing they did?
Curl up in a corner, frightened
Explore every nook and cranny, curious
Settle into the house, unperturbed
Look for the best things and places to play with and in

Tier 1 (First Elemental Evolution - Sora)
How does your Didra Gon get along with the other inhabitants of your household?
Swimmingly
Confrontations are inevitable
It couldn't care less about others

As soon as he came home, Arashi pretty much went through the whole house in a matter of minutes, managing to uncover a few things that I'd forgotten I even had! He spontaneously decided that he really, really likes the remote-controlled airplane I happen to have - he practically forced me to put new batteries in it and fly it around while he watched happily.

As for Sora, he's pretty indifferent to others, being so wrapped up in meditation and "talking" to his finch friend mentioned in earlier answers. He tolerates little Arashi, but he doesn't appear to harbour a close bond with him (at least, not yet - the two barely interact). Sora seems to be in his own little world most of the time, but that doesn't mean he isn't friendly - he's just friendly in his own... special way. xD

So, what's the benefit of breeding our Didra Gon? *headtilt* Is it just to put more eggs out there?

When Tier 2 Didra's breed, they contribute one tic of their current element (or one of the two, depending) to offspring, and may influence the colour of the baby that comes from the egg. X3 There's not really a personal gain unless you're quick on the money. If more than three people breed their Didras, then there may be more eggs to go around.

So if I want the chance to snag an 'enhanced' egg (best word I could think of... XD ) then best not to breed my Didra Gon when I won't be around to snag an egg, right?

O_o I don't understand why you wouldn't want to take the two seconds to fill out the form, personally. The more people who do that, the more 'enhanced eggs' there will be, whether you're around or not.

You don't have to do it and I'm not forcing you to. It's a feature of the game.

Funny thing is, I really was going for either a rock or metal didra gon. VERY cool indeed! Cyli (which does mean honey, lol), the Bufobufo. Wicked!

No limit on breeding! I might hold back when there are lots of breedable Didra's around so that they can only breed once every week or so, but for now, all is good!

:D The Jinn's are some of my favorite so far. >.> Fire is so badass.

Glad you got the type you're looking for, Feline! ^_^' Bufobufo turns into something really nifty if you manage to get the pure rock Tier 2 evolution. :3

I'm working away on the Customization Traits entry in the LJ-sister-community in between doing Tier 2 templates and trying to keep up with questions (we're gonna hit recycle pretty soon here!) The Neutral category is totally still up in the air. The Good and Wicked (which I need to edit from 'Evil' still!) is pretty much done unless you guys want to add some more traits there.

I'm aiming to have a huge list of traits to choose from so that you can work towards getting what you want -- keeping in mind that once you pick a trait in one template, that trait will tend to follow your dude in sideways and upwards evolutions. Say you pick 'antlers'... you're going to see that trait moving over from one element to another.... so you can build up traits even if you're only evolving from element to element in Tier 3.

If you want to see anything in particular going into those lists, please don't hesitate to post it here or leaving a comment on that post. I'm trying to stay away from specific reference to animals -- this allows more creative license to mix things up a bit!

:D Thank you guys so much for bearing with me while I set this up. I'm having lots of fun. Once more templates are made and I'm not playing template-catch-up, I plan on implementing a 'mini-mystery-game' that people can participate in for extra treats.

(I'm also thinking of asking for a re-draw of Astilbody because there are already five of these in existence! Wow! If anybody wants to give that a go, let me know; there would be rewards -- (in game, as I'm poor as dirt right now!) If not, I'll do a redraw some time in the future so that you can always look forward to getting new and awesome pictures.)

Okay, so, living in a house with someone like Squish, confrontations are inevitable. Even for Snoogles, who is usually pretty endearing, the two 'boys' don't always get along. Snoog' wants to be included when Squish goes out with his buddies, but seriously, who takes their younger sibling out with them?

Tier 2
"Sorry man, you're on your own," Squish would no doubt say. Really, he's not a jackass unless he'd get something out of it himself!
