in addition to being psp textures, they also come standard with photoshop. :4 preset patterns. 
I use them a lot. i believe those two sets are under 'patterns 1' and 'patterns 2', and you have to select them on the little drop down menu next to patterns in order to get the sets open. <.< if that last sentence makes sense, then you are amazing
i use them a lot-- you can use them on a layer style, by selecting patterns overlay and the way yu want them to display-- overlay, dodge, etc. :3 you can also put them on another layer and overlay them on top of color, or possibly even just use the pattern brush to apply them in a color.. i dun remember. but those are my three main uses for them. ^^
