Returning Unpaged Dragons?

Hey guys... I was wondering if it would be pertinent to ask if you guys would like any dragons back from me that I haven't paged yet? I have a massive file that I could probably upload if you'd like to know who I owe what from.

I just feel so incredibly, stupidly burnt out of dragoning right now.

The Flurry 06 (which, Ty, I'm so sorry I tried to help with and utterly failed over. I'm sorry I raised a stink. Shiolar would've done it better than me. :<)
Continuing story-lines....

I just don't want to do it anymore. I'm thinking about giving back all of my paged dragons because the idea of starting out fresh and controlled and only taking as much as I can honestly page and use is extremely appealing to me. But at the same time, I don't know if I want to give up my babies. XD So that's on hold until I make up my mind.

Anyways... thoughts? I don't like the thought of leaving unpaged dragons hanging in limbo. I'd like to know if you'd like their spectral intarweb-rights back to them, or their physical images (if I actually have them saved) and information... or if you're perfectly fine with me allowing them to rot in limbo/become deleted if my computer crashes.

I feel like such a bidoof for putting this out there. It just feels like too much work to be a hobby right now. :\

Well if you need to send back any Denners I'll be happy to give them homes once more. >_> lol I haven't really even paged a lot of my own, from several clutches back. (the naughty bunch that wound up being kept, or not handed out because dracleia left) Anyway it's not a big deal to me, though I have no real good idea of who all has what right now.

I just feel up to my eyeballs in dragons... kinda like McCaffery predicted in one of her Pern books, where they were talking about, "thank god green's can't reproduce!" X3 Woops!

Honestly, it's almost the same for me, though my issue is more the fact that I have school, and work, and I'm not an infinite-free-time kid anymore.

That's why I'm cutting back some. The Vekorans are fun. The whole, one of a kind, each one is a new template, massive culture and world-concept is really attractive to me right now, even if it does take more time than the traditional dragons.

I'm also trying to crack down and really write for once, all those stories I keep telling people I want published someday... gotta start somewhere.

I don't honestly remember if you have anything from me. My records have never been the best, because I usually rely more on the image file names and things like that then real, in one place, records. =P But I'll tell you one thing, don't worry about losing anything you have from me... all my images are backed up in like... seven different places (Silver laptop, black laptop, iPod, two different flash drives, plus my webhost AND photobucket! ^^;; ehhehheheh... no, I'm not paranoid, I swear.) So it would take the end of the world to erase all those copies =P

So, don't worry about anything you have from me, unless you do decide to completely hand everything back. Most anything you'd have from me would be gifts, I believe, which I never put a time limit on.

Aww, dray, from me you get nothing but luff and hugs. D: Any sympathy, cuz I know how that feels.. Like star, it's more of a time-constraints thing with me, but I have whole notebooks filled with information from dragons I've received and needed to page and this and that and whatnot that I don't even want to look at for fear of being overwhelmed. ._. I actually think most of them are in a cardboard box in the storage section of the basement I'm living in, and I don't plan on opening it up anytime soon... But I can completely see where you're coming from.

I dunno if you owe me anything, but if you do, don't worry about it. Unless you really, truly want to give them back, I dun want them. ^^

Methinks I have been away too long to remember.

Back to the topic on hand...

As soon as graduation season ends, and my superfluous family goes home...I'll have my computer room back.

What I'm trying to get at, is that if you have all the info, and just need to get it on a single page, I could lend a hand if you want...

Send all the info, a template page and images, and they'll get done.

After all, I've been sitting at my computer more and more now, since my little monster takes longer nap periods...and I've been doing the same thing with my list...so more won't bother me.

If you feel you need to give some back to lighten the load, feel free. But honestly, I won't mind if it takes you forever to get them up.

I don't know if you have any of mine, but you can keep them, or don't, it doesn't matter to me since I likely won't do anything with them. I kind of am in the same place as you. It seems like we all have less time for dragoning now *single tear* Plus, I really liked the old model of "Write a story, get a dragon for your effort," but nobody has time for that anymore, not even me, haha. The things I write that are actually good I'm reluctant to bring into Nexus-verse, and the things I write for Nexus-Verse turn out halfassed and crappy. Its very sad

We should so totally bring back "you walk into a weyr" candidates. They were awesome. And easy, but more interesting than stat sheets. But I'm weird.

The only thing you'd have to worry about any dragons/EverRealm critters from me is if I go insane enough to try and get an owners list up. Which won't happen for at *least* a year, I'm actually working this summer.

It's written in second person, where you guide the reader by saying, "you walk into ____ space, X, Y, and Z are around you." Then you can click on different links to visit different areas. Sometimes there's a character who addresses you in your wanderings. XD Kind of like really old floppy disk games!

If you have dragons left from the naughty bunch without homes, I'm sure I could find a secluded nook for them to live with their...well, questionable natures among Calyeni's more 'normal' folk....it needs something to spice it up.
